I don't know if I've ever heard anyone in my presence dream of heading out to Utah.
I'm sure it's a perfectly decent place to visit, but it's not necessarily what springs to mind for a lot of people when they think dream destination.
Unless you are a genealogy nerd like myself. Then Salt Lake City's extensive genealogy library is the stuff dreams are made of. There are travel groups that set up routine trips out there for people like me to have a week dedicated to research with personalized assistance. *blissful shudder*
